Chris Hemsworth fans reacted to a picture of one of his sons putting his middle finger up for a photo.

Chris, wife Elsa Pataky and their three children traveled to Japan for a holiday, which the movie star shared snaps from on his Instagram page.

The couple share daughter India Rose, 12, and twin sons Sasha and Tristan, 11.

One of their sons was snapped with his middle finger in the air, something which fans immediately took to the comments section to react to.

'Not the finger that's ghetto,' a follower wrote, as another said that it was 'humorous' people were getting mad.

One fan wrote sarcastically 'Nice thing to be teaching kids to give the middle finger really,' while another simply added a heart and hands up emoji.

Another said 'Yes! Love this - keep being real. Love you and your entire family.'

'Let's normalize letting kids do the middle finger. Smdh,' one said, defending the actor's family.

'Posting a picture of your son doing the middle finger is not funny and I'm not a Karen. I'm a mama who would never let my son do that period. It's inappropriate,' another said.

'Love all the pics.. except when ur kid was giving the finger,' a fan said.

'Y'all so mad over the middle finger and it's so humorous lmfao,' a person said.

One person simply didn't care about the image, and focused on them going to Japan, writing: 'I feel like everybody went to Japan this year. Lol.'

'Thor on vacation,' a fan said, with an emotional emoji.

'Aw love this,' said a fan, as others wrote heart emojis.

'My kids love giving me the middle finger salute too. It's all about context and it is not at all suggestive of the kind of kid or their behavior. My kids are polite, well behaved and exemplary students who would never be disrespectful to anyone. I'm guessing this is a joke and should be taken as such,' one person wrote.

Another image of their son showed him doing a hand symbol of a gun.

The actor, 41, posed up a storm with wife Elsa in one image, as they enjoyed a ski session.

The couple also posted a selfie together as they sat at a restaurant, with Chris wearing a cheeky beanie that had a patch that read: 'Board to board. Forced to work.'

Another image showed Chris wearing only his swim trucks as he showed off his incredibly toned body.

The Avengers star showcased his toned and muscled physique as he enjoyed a hot tub session.

Chris and Elsa also celebrated their twin sons' 11th birthday while in Japan.

The lovebirds met in 2010 after his talent agent introduced them to each other, and married three months later, welcoming their daughter in 2012 and their twin sons in 2014.
